תכונות מערכת Expo-Net

מערכת Expo-Net מהווה פתרון מושלם לבניית המחר, באמצעות מגוון רחב של כלים ניהוליים ואינטגרטיביים, המאפשרים מעקב שוטף אחר תהליכים בפרוייקט ואינטגרציה מלאה בין השותפים.

מאגרי המידע של הפרוייקטים מאוחסנים בשרת אינטרנט מהיר, מעודכנים וזמינים בכל רגע נתון. אין צורך בהתקנות ו/או הגדרות מיוחדות. מחשב, חיבור אינטרנט ודפדפן סטנדרטי יאפשרו כניסה למערכת מכל מחשב בעולם, בכל זמן.

ניהול ובקרת תהליכים בפרוייקטים

מבנה הפרויקט

מבנה הפרויקט מוגדר על ידי מנהל המערכת/מנהל הפרויקט באמצעות עץ תיקיות דינאמי, הניתן לשינוי בכל שלב בפרויקט. ממשק ידידותי זה מעוצב על בסיס סייר הקבצים של Windows.

לכל משתמש במערכת מוצג עץ התיקיות בהתאם להרשאות שניתנו לו על ידי מנהל הפרויקט.

ניהול קבצים וגרסאות

Expo-Net מאפשרת ארגון ארכיוני של גרסאות הקובץ ומשמרת גרסאות קודמות בצרוף תיעוד מלא של הפעילות שבוצעה בקובץ (צפייה, הורדה, אישורים).

בזמן טעינת קובץ עדכני למערכת מועבר הקובץ הנוכחי לארכיון, בצירוף תיעוד מלא, ובמקומו נטען הקובץ החדש.

טעינת הקובץ, מאפשרת קישור לקבצים נלווים (X-REF, פונטים וכו') הניתנים יחד לצפייה והורדה. עם טעינת הקובץ נשלחת הודעת Email, Fax, Sms למשתמשים המורשים, המיידעת על קיומו של קובץ חדש במערכת, הדורש את אישורם. מערכת האישורים מאפשרת מעקב שוטף על פעילות המשתמשים בקבצי המערכת.

פעולות על הקבצים במערכת מתבצעת באמצעות מנהל פעולות הקובץ, המהווה תפריט אפשרויות לכל קובץ, ומאפשר ביצוע פעולות כגון: צפייה, הורדה, עריכה, נעילה/שחרור, שליחה למכון העתקות ולדואר אלקטרוני.

יומן פרויקט

Expo-Net כוללת יומן פרויקט אינטגרטיבי המכיל את לו"ז הפרוייקט ומאפשר סנכרון הלו"ז האישי של המשתמש לתוכנת ה- Outlook.

ניהול משימות

ממשק ייחודי המאפשר למנהל הפרויקט, ולגורמים מורשים מטעמו, להקצות משימות למשתמשים בפרויקט. שילוב מערכת תזכורת אישית, מתזכרת את המשתמש על קיומה של משימה שלא בוצעה.

עדכון אחוזי ביצוע המשימה, מאפשר מעקב ובקרה על אופן התקדמות ההליכים בפרוייקט.

חיפוש מידע בפרויקט

במערכת משולבים כלי חיפוש מתקדמים המאפשרים למשתמש להגיע לכל מידע נדרש בקלות ובמהירות.

ניהול הזמנות ומכוני העתקות

Expo-Net משלבת כלי פיתוח ייחודי, המאפשר העברת הזמנות ישירות למכוני העתקות, תוך כדי מדידה אוטומטית של שטחי הקובץ. כלי זה מונע טעויות בהגדרת שטחי הקובץ ע"י המשתמשים ומאפשר בקרה מדויקת על חשבונות מכוני העתקות. ההזמנות נשלחות, בצירוף הקבצים, לממשק האישי של מכון העתקות. במקביל, נשלחת הודעת דואר ופקס המיידעת את מכון העתקות על קיומה של הזמנה חדשה במערכת.

המערכת מאפשרת למנהל הפרוייקט להפיק דוח מצב הזמנות ודוח חשבונות, עפ"י צורך.

שיתוף וניהול משתמשים והרשאות

שיתוף קבצים ו- Red Line

הגדרת שיתוף קבצים/תיקיות מתבצעת במספר רמות שיתוף: קריאה בלבד, הורדה, טעינה וכו'. רמת ההרשאה קובעת אילו פעולות יוכל המשתמש לבצע בתיקייה (ראה/י – מנהל פעולות הקובץ).

הרשאות צפייה ב - RedLine/הערות מנוהלות ע"י מערכת ExpoView - כלי פיתוח ייחודי של החברה. ExpoView מאפשרת צפייה בקבצי CAD שונים ויצירת RedLine/הערות על גבי שרטוטים ללא צורך בהתקנה. RedLine/הערות שנוצרו ע"ג שרטוט מוצגים אך ורק למכותבים עפ"י הגדרת היוצר/שולח.

הרשאות משתמשים

מנהל המערכת/מנהל הפרוייקט מגדיר הרשאות למשתמשים השונים עפ"י תפקידם במערכת. המערכת מאפשרת להעתיק הרשאות על בסיס קבוצות ויחידים באופן המקצר את זמן ביצוע ההגדרות.

מערכת דואר

Expo-Net משלבת מערכת דואר לניהול תכתובות בין משתמשי הפרוייקט וכוללת תיקיות דואר נכנס - Inbox, דואר יוצא - Sent Items ומסמכים - Drafts. המערכת מאפשרת למנהל המערכת/מנהל הפרוייקט לבצע מעקב שוטף אחר הודעות המשתמשים.

הודעות מנהל פרוייקט

בכניסה לכל פרוייקט, מופיע לוח הודעות מתגלגל ובו הודעות כלליות ממנהל המערכת. הודעות דחופות ונהלים מועברים למשתמשים באמצעות ממשק זה.

כלים אינטגרטיביים

תוכנות צפייה

Expo-Net משלבת תוכנת צפייה ייחודית - ExpoView, המאפשרת למשתמשים לצפות בקבצי שרטוטים מסוג CAD, ללא צורך בהתקנה. המערכת מבצעת דחיסה של הקובץ לכדי 1/10 מגודלו המקורי מבלי לאבד פריטים חשובים כגון: שכבות, HATCH SOLID ונתונים נוספים. יחס דחיסה גבוה מאפשר צפייה בשרטוטים בתהליך טעינה קצר. ExpoView כוללת מערכת הרשאות פנימית לשליחת RedLine/הערות.

כמו כן מאפשרת המערכת שילוב תוכנות צפייה מסוג Ms-Office ותמונות.

אינטגרציה ל Microsoft Outlook

המערכת עובדת בשילוב עם תוכנת Microsoft Outlook. ממשק אינטגרטיבי מאפשר צפייה בקבצים, מסרים, משימות והודעות בזמן אמת, ישירות לממשק ייחודי בתוכנה.

מדידת שטחי השרטוט

מערכת מדידה אוטומטית, מזהה את שטחי קבצי ה - PLT הנשלחים למכוני העתקות, ומציגה את שיטחם ישירות בטופס ההזמנה, בצרוף פרטי הקובץ.

Expo-Net מאפשרת למנהל המערכת/מנהל הפרוייקט להפיק דוח מפורט של הזמנות שבוצעו/טרם בוצעו עפ"י חתכים שונים: חתך פרוייקטלי, חתך משתמשים, טווח תאריכים ועוד. שילוב מטריצה מסכמת, מבצעת חישוב כספי מדויק של עלות ההזמנות בדו"ח, הניתן לשמירה בקובץ אקסל Excel/.
